About Us
Central Utah Informatics, a division of Central Utah Clinic, has been a leader in Utah for Pay for Reporting and Pay for Performance in the health care arena since 2008.
Early in 2008, Central Utah Clinic was selected to be one of the first 32 registries for CMS and PQRI. Central Utah Informatics was formed as a request from CMS to help roll out our model for our own physicians to help other groups across the country to submit their data.
In 2008, we were able to work with over 18 groups and submit data for more than 1,500 physicians.
Our experienced team will help you step through the maze of PQRI. Having been on the ground floor of this program, we have been influential with CMS helping them with data formatting and web site validation efforts. Whether you are looking at consultation services in general or looking for a partner to submit this data on your behalf, we can help.
There are a myriad of different reporting options for submitting PQRI data to CMS. We will help you navigate through different options as well as provide support in querying your Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record systems to successfully extract PQRI data for the reporting year.
We have also been very successful in writing interfaces to account for inserting the "G" Code onto the claims in order to capture the Rx component for the PQRI program in 2009. This interface will automatically capture the fee ticket information and ties it with the associated RX activity and attaches itself to the claim.
