We will help you navigate through PQRS reporting.
From start to finish, we will personally walk you step-by-step through the PQRS process.
Qualification
Upon initial contact, we will send you a registry participation questionnaire, a sample data file and a fee schedule. The questionnaire will determine whether or not you qualify.
Data Extraction
Upon receipt of the questionnaire, we will send you measure specification sheets for the measures you plan to report. This will enable you to extract the necessary PQRS data from your PM and EMR.
Evaluation
After our analysts have received your data files through a secure FTP portal, they will determine whether the data is clean and ready for submission to CMS. This will take place in January, February or early March.
Submission
Once the extracted data has passed evaluation and valuation, we will submit the data on your behalf by the end of March.
Payment
In late summer early fall, Medicare will issue a payment for 2% of your total Medicare allowable charges for the full calendar year.
