The IT Central Utah Clinic collaborators, Jamie Steck and Jonathan Keller, were superb. They provided us a simple guide for requirements needed to submit for registry based PQRI reporting, and then followed with a series of phone meetings to address our questions and refine our data search and extraction. This iterative approach was especially valuable, because we needed several data searches before we successfully compiled the necessary information. Jamie and Jonathan were very responsive to our numerous emails and phone calls. It was a great collaboration.

Here's what our clients have to say.
ProHealth Physicians was pleased to learn that Central Utah Informatics was available to serve as our PQRI registry in 2008. While we have fairly advanced centralized clinical reporting capabilities within our organization, we had not included the PQRI program among our top priorities. However, we were disappointed to forgo the incentive revenue that would have otherwise been available to us for meeting PQRI requirements.
Upon reconnecting with a former employee who relocated to Utah, we learned that CUI could provide the registry and transmission services for us. Our two primary contacts at CUI were extraordinarily helpful in identifying the data they needed from us in order to submit on our behalf. They remained in close touch throughout the data gathering process and walked us through the actual transmission of data to their warehouse. From that point forward, Central Utah Informatics took full responsibility for mapping and submitting our data to CMS, making this part of the process transparent to ProHealth.
We will continue to work with them in 2009, based on the confidence we gained in 2008 as well as the value that the relationship has enabled us to achieve without investing in additional fixed resources.
